I wonder if anyone can help me regarding an issue with EVGA Flow Control software. I have just finished installing Win 10, updated it fully. I have an EVGA CLC 240 which was working fine before I upgraded my motherboard and CPU. It fitted well with the new 10900 CPU. Everything seems to be fine until I clicked on the K button on Flow Control. I didn't use it before the upgrade but I wanted to make sure everything is working. When I click it, first it asked me to close a number of software, including Chrome, which I duly did. Then when I clicked it, it kept on showing error messages saying that files are missing, advising me to reinstall Flow Control. I uninstalled Flow Control, even deleted the EVGA folder in program files (x86) and then installed Flow Control again (downloaded 3 times, just to be sure). Nope, the same problem when clicking on the K button. The three files missing are MSVCP120.dll, mfc120u.dll, MSVCR120.dll. Any idea? Anyone?

Edit: Forgot to mention that I have already disabled Windows Security plus any other similar software.

Thank you, Bob. It works! But is it normal that when I click on K, there was a Window shown up as if some functions were carried out in the DOS environment? Then it quickly disappeared like a flash. There was no way I could see what happened. In any case, it is working now. Oh, I found out something interesting. There are files there that seem to have been renamed, actually, extra bits have been added to the filename. For instance, msvcp120.dll became msvcp120_clr0400.dll. No wonder the software couldn't find the file. Not sure what has changed the filename. Anyway, thanks again for the help.

Cool

Can't tell you about the momentary DOS-like window, I've seen that with some software before on my PC too, might be normal..Maybe doing an uninstall-restart-reinstall of Flow Control?

Don't know about the _clr0400.dll files, I have them too..They are Common Language Runtime (CLR) files..Supposed to be there, far as I know.
