The fall of the Khan Makyr has imbalanced creation. Doomguy along with his Makyr ally, the Seraphim, has to fight his way back to Urdak to restore the balance of power. On his way, he will face new horrors as the trailer reveals. We spy several new levels across the four worlds - the Earth, Hell, the Sentinel homeworld, and Urdak. There are several new enemies, including the summoner, which makes a comeback from DOOM (2016), but completely changed from the Archvile. It now possesses, heals, and possibly buffs demons in an arena. There's a new Makyr heavy which we put in the same category as the DOOM Hunter. A scene also shows us resurrect a Titan of Hell. Do we finally get to use the mech inside the Fortress of DOOM? Find out this October. This looks like fun.

I still haven't been able to get past this one room of constantly respawning enemies ...

I loved Doom Eternal, but for some reason have yet to finish it. I guess i should get going with the DLC coming so soon.

I loved Doom Eternal, but for some reason have yet to finish it. I guess i should get going with the DLC coming so soon.
I'm actually in the same boat. Maybe will be more exciting once I get a new 3080 card.

I sat down last weekend and made my self finish it..... just so hard in some areas . You have to run away , jump & swing from bars so much circling for ammo- then armor- then health - I felt more like a scared school girl than the all-powerful Demon Slayer Doomguy .   It should have been a bit more like the 2016 version and not so much resource management / platform jumping / air dashing Metroid

I really liked Eternal but apparently the Bethesda launcher doesn’t have cloud saves and I lost everything when I did a clean windows install. Hopefully you don’t need a save to play the DLC

Doom Eternal is a killer game. Super fast paced. I wish it wasnt so much just locks you in an area and horde after horde would come at you until you cleared it and moved on. I wish they would have the layout more like Wolfenstein . Where enemies are spread out throughout the level.
