Good evening ...
I have a model card (EVGA GeForce RTX 2060 KO ULTRA):

After comparing it with the cards on this page, I found that the card is one of the weakest types:

What is the difference between KO or XC or SC :
And what is the best of them KO or XC or SC :

XC is better  ( SC can be part of a series of XC tho )
KO is same as black , generally
gaming is lowest

The top of the page on each series of cards actually shows the naming in order ,...  ie.;

 2080 goes lowest to highest  -> gaming, KO, XC,  FTW , Water cooled

Based on your words

Just branding (marketing style) (
Its specifications the same as the normal RTX 2060 there is no difference. Existence like not
What is the benefit of his situation if his performance is bad

sometimes the cooling is slightly better each step and the clock speeds of the cores ,.. -then they add a backplate & or RGB lights,,,etc..etc..... as each card goes up a step...

Gaming is pretty much the same on all from the same product line.  The main differences is higher clocks for benchmarking scores and features.

Its specifications the same as the normal RTX 2060 there is no difference.

There is a difference. In recent reviews, reviewers have joked that KO stands for "Kost (Cost) Optimized".
The KO is often actually the worst model.  It is often worse than just plain normal vanilla ("Gaming" / "Black") reference models.  KO versions usually have less power stages, worse heatsinks, worse power efficiency, and so forth compared to their non-KO counterparts.  For example, the EVGA 2060 KO has a 9 mm thermal pad stack in one area.  That is a laughably blatant cost optimization decision made in order to avoid manufacturing a better heatsink solution.

See also the video below.  It's a really good breakdown of what makes a KO version not usually the best choice.

I would argue that the actual order is, from best to worst:
Kingpin / Water Cooling / Hydrocopper
FTW Gaming
XC Gaming / Ultra
SC Gaming
Gaming / Black
KO Gaming

I think that EVGA would like people to believe that a KO version is better than a regular Gaming / Black version (so that EVGA can sell more cost-optimized card in order to increase profit), but that is not reality.

KO = Kost Optimized

Don't expect it to overclock exceptionally well, don't expect it to be as power efficient as the non-KO versions, and don't be surprised if VRM blowing up on these cards becomes a trend some time in the future.

Why is this being done ...? To make a little money?

KO does not mean kost optimized. It means knock out.

The 2060 KO is superior in some ways to other 2060s, despite being priced as a lower end model. If you're just looking at gaming performance and cooling it's inferior, but for certain 3D modelling work (Blender in particular) it performs exceptionally well for the price. It's built on a cut down TU104 (the same base as the 2070 Super and 2080) and performs closer to those for certain workflows. Other than that, in general gaming performance it's a great card, but maybe not as great as better cooled 2060s
