I'm about ready to smash this card up and throw it in the bin that's how much this sound is frustrating the life out me, line in from my denon prime 4 through obs, one minute it's crystal clear next time come to use it all I can hear is buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz then I have to reinstall and reinstall and reinstall every driver you've ever made in an attempt to get it sounding clear again when the right magic combination of messing around is done it starts working fine, then it will randomly start all over again, evga I'm seriously fed up with this audio card

Well, let's start by listing out the things you've tried so far, and also list your system specs.  That includes which motherboard you're using and which PCIe slot you've installed the card.

Literally tried everything pal, reinstalling drivers, disabling renenabling, this has happened since purchasing 3 4 months ago, like I say there is a magic combination of installing drivers ontop of drivers on top of Pro audio drivers and a bit more messing that gets rid of the noise on the line in but today it's just not happening and I'm fed up with it mate, cheers

The card is generating noise on the line in port even when nothing is plugged into it it, I can see it on the audio mixer on obs its showing a volume even nothing plugged in, I've just wiped everything off to go with nu audio and put it in the bottom pcie slot do shall reinstall drivers and see if it's still doing it

I'd submit for RMA and get a replacement.

I have an Aorus Z390x Ultra, and I've had my fair share of issues, especially with the install. The biggest problem I've found with the Aorus is using the x1 slot that makes the card sit over one of the NVMe covers (if yours has them), you just don't get a solid fit. The x1 connection on the card could be a bit longer, because there are other things on a mobo that could create this issue. As such, I also have to be careful moving my rig to work on it. The wrong jostle could unseat the card, then I have to go thru the driver install process again. If you can, use the x1 slot at the top, it has no obstruction unless you are using a tower cooler like me, that blocks too much of the Nu Audio headspace.
A bad fit on your card could cause random issues as vibration from your rig could unseat the card just enough to make it mess up, especially if it's installed over an NVMe cover.
