Download Microsoft Edge (Stable) Version: 84.0.522.52 | Release date: August 01, 2020

Create a Restore Point you can fall back on in case you don't like it/want it..Didn't feel like mucking around with the all-new settings and stuff so I went back, for now.

    Thanks for the link and thanks for the reminder to make a restore point. A lot of people forget that step when trying out new releases and then regret  not having that restore point later.

    Figured I better rather than uninstalling it and roll the dice on whether all my Favorites/Settings would still be there..Did a System Restore and everything went back to exactly the way it was before

    You do have the ability to save your favorites into a html document. You can save as many as you like and load them back into edge anytime. In edge I bliee it is in Manage favorites in settings. Once you upgrade into the new edge if the favorites dont apply correctly you can import the favorites from you saved html document.

    It seems like I must have updated Edge five or six times within the past two weeks ... they just keep a coming but all without an issue.

    True story..Settings were all reset though..Didn't feel like messing with it at the time so just did a two minute System Restore and all was as it was.
