I recently acquired EVGA Precision X1 via Steam, I ensured I have the latest version via Check Version, and I have ensured that the specific Visual C++ Runtime Redistributable in the FAQ is installed/repaired.

X1's window size is larger than my viewable area which is a problem if I want to save any settings/configuration, as all buttons are at the bottom and are not visible or clickable.  When I attempt to move the window up or down, it snaps into place so that the EVGA logo is aligned to the top of my display.  Is there any configuration that can resolve this issue?

Relevant rig info:
EVGA GTX 1060 SSC
1440p/60hz display settings
Nvidia drivers 451.67 (the latest as of July 9)

Thanks in advance!

Put your display scaling back to 100% if you're running higher than 100%.

It turns out this was only an issue at 1440p when scaling is set to 200%.
This is not an issue at 1440p @ 175% or 1080p.
Thanks!
