Hello all, I have my GTX 1080 registered but I am unable to download DG tuner or anything else. It keeps giving me a red banner at the bottom of the page saying I must have a product registered. Can an Admin please pass this on to someone in support or how do I go about asking for a download of the software?

Dg tuner is meant for the evga dg series cases.

For graphics cards, you would need precision x or afterburner.

Making you register the prduct to be able to download it is pure idiocy

I can understand your point since cases are something that probably don't often need to use the warranty in general but both the DG-8 line and DG-7 line have features that people might want to have covered in the fan controller on the DG-8 and the RGB hub and lighting on the DG-7.

What setup are you running? First it's recomended that you make sure  you have the latest Windows updates and make sure the anti virus software you have hasn't blocked DGTuner which sometimes happens with some anti virus software that look at how many users a program has. Next open the DGTuner if it doesn't open up on the screen look by the clock on the desktop for the dark grey K or hit the up arrow and see if the K can be found. It might be open just minimized.
