Anyone know of the speedstep AMD equivalent? Cool and quiet does not exist anymore and no idea what purpose global states has, enabled or disabled does not do anything. Basically my OC'd 3900X has no option of automatically lowing voltage/clock when merely surfing the net etc, anyone know of any ideas?

    Just off the top of my head I'd say to set the Power Plan in Windows -> Control Panel -> Power Options to Power saver if you haven't already.

    None of the plans do anything, oh well. No matter.
