Sent my graphics card off a week ago with guaranteed next day delivery however on the My Open RMA page it says Shipping Status: Pending and Next Step: Preparing to Ship Product

    To help you further we need to know if you sent the RMA to Europe or the USA (depending upon where you reside).

    If it helps, my rma is also eu and was told 1-2 days yesterday but an email just now tells me the next 2-3, it was delivered friday and checked in yesterday.
     
    Their probably running a 5 - 7 day turnaround once received which is fine in light of current events.

    If you purchased Next day return service ... that applies when your item is shipped back to you
     
    Normal RMA times inside of EVGA still apply

    Thank you for reaching out, there is an update on your RMA and I will be sending you an email shortly. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 1-3 business days for your RMA to be processed after you have tracking information from the courier stating your RMA was delivered to our facilities.
