RMA Received: Pending

Good Evening.
 
Just a quick question but I have had a delivery confirmation on a RMA delivered to EVGA Germany this morning and I was wondering if (RMA Received:  Pending) should have updated to reflect this or if it only updates once the RMA process has started.
 
RMA Number:  5411200529433152
 
The signature I got on the delivery note was Simsek.
 
I understand there is a little backlog at this site with whats going on in the world and a stock check so no problem in that respect, just like to know if my card made it there ok.

    EVGA Europe normally processes your RMA as soon as possible. Keep in mind that the item you returned must be tested and inspected first. If your item is determined to be within warranty and has a manufacturer's defect a replacement item will be sent to you. Under normal circumstances this takes 2-4 business days but with the Corona virus that might take longer than normal.

    I have had the notification on my RMA screen as (RMA Received:  Pending) since the RMA was opened a week ago, but I am guessing it won't be logged and updated until they actually start the RMA process?
     
    I also tried calling earlier but couldn't get through, the automated service told me that they were waiting for it to arrive.

    It does appear by the tracking we have received your product. Signing for the package does not mean the product has been checked in and processing as we do receive multiple pieces of RMA daily, this very well could just be waiting to be checked in. The process is typically 1-3 business day turn around but due to the current climate there could be a delay whether that be shipping or processing. We would recommend to check back Monday for a status update.

    Just wanted to thank everyone @EVGA.
     
    Received my RMA back in really good time around 17 days and my 1070ti has evolved into a 2070 so i'm very happy!
     
    The new card came in a refurb box but honestly, it really looks brand new so if this is indeed a refurb card; I am very impressed.

    Good to hear. Yes, it was a recertified unit but that does not mean we repaired it in anyway
