Hello, i sent my card to rma service in germany, it has been 4 business days and still status is "preparing to ship product" Is it normal or i should be worried already? RMA NUMBER: 5411200519802611

Sorry for the delay ... had to release your post from the filter Business days does not count weekends or holidays ... think of it as full days in EVGA's hands ... so, even the day it arrives is Not day 1

My gpu arrived on 05/26(tuesday) so i am not counting that day and when i am counting today, it has already been 4 business days.:( RMA NUMBER: 5411200519802611

The EVGA main office in CA, USA (west coast) can try & see what is going on in Germany ... but there is a 8 Hour time difference I'd just email the EU support group directly

They will just claim they are doing a 'stock check' which is causing RMA delays. This is the same excuse they gave at the beginning of May when it was taking them an age to issue an RMA number in the first place. It must be a pretty big stock check to have taken 3 weeks !?! I'm in exactly the same position, my card was delivered on 26/5 to EVGA Germany. RMA #5411200519944995. I was told on 28/5 it would ship on 29/5. Didn't happen. I contacted EU again today and was told it would either ship tomorrow 3/6 or the day after and if I haven't had a notification to call back again. Very strange way of doing business......... Why say you return cards in 1-3 business days when you don't? And why make excuses like stock taking? If you search the board it seems to be a pretty common excuse given.

I'm pretty sure they don't have any stock of our model which is why we are both having a delay,, I have been without a working card for a month @evgatech_markusk can we have a proper reply today of what is going on at the EU rma center, you have had both our cards for 8 working days.

Well my card wasn't shipped today either. No surprises there. I spent 30mins on hold again to EVGA to be told it will now be shipped tomorrow. I have zero faith that it will be, I have been lied to many times already.

Still no notification of shipping for me today. At what point does somebody from EVGA step in here and make things right? 1-3 days guys, not 1-3 weeks!

I got an email not long ago from EVGA with my tracking number too.
Got there in the end, a bit frustrating having to chase up constantly with the RMA team. I think if EVGA just come out and say it takes 1-2 weeks it would be fine instead of claiming 72 hours turnaround

Still waiting for a reply from the customer service rep Joe Darwin via email as I received a faulty card from the EU RMA department which has the same clicking (left) fan issue on my SC 1070 as it did before it was even sent in. I'm not going to pay 15 euro shipping to get the same untested, refurbed card again which will probably take 2 weeks to come, which I originally paid the brand new price for?

My replacement arrived yesterday, same model as I sent in.
Done some limited testing but so far seems good.
I have registered the card but remaining warranty doesn't show on my account. It says I am eligible to purchase an extended warranty or take part in the step up, but I don't think that would be correct?
