I am looking to build a home theater PC for watching Live TV, Netflix, Hulu and as a DVR (maybe 3D Blu-ray in the future). The other option is purchase a SiliconDust HDHomeRun and use my current PC as the DVR and stream over my network.
 
What are the capabilities of the integrated graphics of EVGA Z77 Stinger? Or is it based on which processor I get? Could it handle 3D blu-ray?
I have a Hauppauge WinTV-2250 on my main PC, but that will take the only PCIe slot on the mini itx board. I don't want to use that slot if the integrated graphics is unable to handle 3D blu-ray if I were to get a blu-ray drive in the future. I am not looking to hardcore game on it. I don't want to make it too difficult for my wife.
 
Or should I get both? The wireless bridge is by the TV, so I would have to put the HDHomeRun next to the TV on that wireless bridge to get a better stream than thru the wireless n signal.
 
I am on a budget of no more than $500, but I found a EVGA Z77 Stinger open box for $80 before rebate and if I wait too long, it will be gone.
I have WD Green 2TB HDD, WD Black 500GB HDD and optical drive.

I don't have a CPU yet, that is why I was asking.
 
Original plan:
Build a Z77 Stinger without  a video card.
Use it as a HTPC for watching TV, DVR, streaming and in the future (maybe) 3D blu-ray player.
 
I already have an XBOX360, Panisonic 50" Plasma Smart TV, Panasonic Smart Blu-ray player. I think I am going for the cheaper route if it works.

Current PC will be the main recording machine.
HDHomeRun is suppose to stream over your network to a smart tv, smart blu-ray player and an xbox.

I wouldn't have had to run wires to the Z77 Stinger with the wireless bridge.

Z77 compatible CPUs are a pretty old architecture to try to run this from. I'm on a Z170/6700K and it's fine for 2-3 streams, but it does make my CPU sweat if anything wants to transcode through Plex.
 
You're much better off just going with a i3 9100 or 8400 as it'll have the better/latest iGPU (UHD630) built in.
