Nah, you wont be able to, because you have the same warranty time left as the previous card.
What kind of temp you get under heavy gpu stress test?

Not sure, at stock I was getting 10k timespy score where as with the old card it was 7.5k before RMA

I left 3dmark running on loop overnight and it was still going strong this morning
