Hey, I have got a 7900x,  x299 FTW K and Bios v.1.23.
When running 4.5Ghz ADAPTIVE VCORE all core(NO BSOD), my BCLK stays at 100Mhz, but when switching to 4.8 4.8 4.7 4.8 4.6 4.6 4.7 4.7 4.7 4.7 ADAPTIVE VCORE, BCLK goes up to 102.5Mhz and crashes while rendering.
I have attached a screenshot of HWinfo.

I have looked already for the BCLK spread spectrum setting in the BIOS, but cannot find anything.
How can I disable that, to get 100Mhz ?

Thx.

Does it do the same 102.5MHz when you set the all core frequency to 4.6 or 4.7?

I've run into issues with per core overclocking and have found all core to be much more stable for my 10940X on the X299 FTW K.

    I haven't tried 4.6 or 4.7ghz, cause it's getting too hot. I'm getting a BCLK of 101.8Mhz when running all core 4.5ghz @1.237v.

Try setting a static  voltage of 1.175 and 4.6 GHZ....

I use that 24/7 with no issues.  Temps normally don't exceed low 80's
