Cable Set Version 2 for G2 troubles

I have a request in with support but wanted to poll the community if anyone has had success using Cable Set V2 100-NK-1601-B9 on a G2/P2/T2 PSU. I have a 850 G2 and have issues with the 24pin even after an RMA of the cable set. Stock 24pin included with the PSU, system boots and works fine. Sleeved 24pin from the cable set no POST and power debug LEDs are not all lit (see attached).

    I just bought and installed both a 1000 P2 power supply and that same sleeved cable kit and it is working just fine for me.

    Push each and every cable into its hole to make sure they are all fully seated properly.

    Maybe just bad luck on my part, I'll give the cables a once over and make sure everything is seated, appreciate the advice.

    No dice, checked and seated pins, all are seated with the same tolerance as the stock cable. Customer service has been super helpful as always but don't think we can fix this one since I don't have the tools to test continuity.
