I hope someone with this motherboard can assist you.

Personally on a dual CPU SR2 motherboard I think it would be ideal to have the same CPU in both slots. Those CPUs (Xeon X5650) are very cheap. I saw one on ebay for 14 dollars.

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

You can't mix CPUs in multi-CPU configuration, they have to be the same.

    You can sometimes mix same series CPUs, e.g. 5500 + 5500 type, but not 5500 + 5600.
And yes, you must have CPU0 installed to have CPU1 working. Chipset is connected only to CPU0, so if you put CPU1 and leave 0 empty - your CPU have no way to talk with rest of the motherboard.

I think 5650+5680 will work, but 5680 will be downclocked to 5650 speed.

thank again :) i will test it and let you know

    one more question please

when i disonect the power supply ac then some time later i put it again, then start the board, the board make double boot (Start about 2 seconde with some post code led, stop, then  start well)

this is happening only when i set off power suply ac cable, if i let power suply on and simply stop the board with windows, the boot are really well with no double boot..

When you remove AC power, secret processor inside chipset stops running and have to restart. On next power on BIOS initialize processor in chipset and get it running again. When that happens, BIOS must do restart with new settings, so that's why you see "double boot". This is oversimplified, but close enough to actual thing.
