Hi everyone. I have a few questions and can't find answers to them. I own EVGA G2 750W psu and I am in the process of sleeving original cables + making my own 24pin cable (the original one is too short). The questions:
1) I see that my psu has 9 double wires, but pre-sleeved cables from EVGA or cablemod doesn't have them, right?
2) Purpose of double wire is to have a sense wire which can psu use for regulation of the voltage on the output, right?
3) If an answer on previous question is true, then the sleeving option for double wire with making Y close the psu end is same as cutting them off? Because on a short distance (few cm) there are no losses?
4) All of the found pin out diagrams for G2 models shows no double wires or only three double wires, why? Because double wires are not so important at all?
Thank you.
