LockedZ370 FTW won’t post after oc

Hi everyone.
I have my motherboard for like 6 months
Yesterday me try new overclock my memory (3600 to 3900). Everything was good and like in 5 restart(thing timings) - my system wont post.
General bios won’t post have a start loop, memory, pe2 and pe4 led on.
Second only show 30 post code and leds too. But stay with it, maybe second bios doesn’t updated to new(9600k)
Can you help me with it ?
Cleared cmos - doesn’t help
