Says it is updated every 24hrs, yet:
Total Year 13 Points: 0
I have over 10 million for April
Yes my FAH name is also jtrox02 and team 111065.
Who do I contact to fix? Website just says to go to your profile to fix username, which is not wrong in this case.

    Did you try reentering your Folding Name?
    Also, I believe capitalization is important incase you have any capitals in your FaH name
    Edit:
    I check the [link=mailto:folding@home]folding@home[/link] stats page you don't have any capitals in name.

    Did you enter your folding name in your "Profile Page" ?     My Profile
     
    Under --> Other Information ---> EVGA Folding Name
     
     
    confirm you did not accidentally add some spaces before or after your name
     
     
    Also be aware --> Extreme OC is NOT the official Folding site that EVGA uses ---> they never exactly match FaH stats
     
    The Extreme site is only showing you did a bit less than 9 Million for April

    Thanks for checking. Ok so I did not have it entered in the spot at the bottom for EVGA Folding name. 🤦‍♂️ In my defense it seems like the EVGA info page was referring to your login matching your FAH name, which it does. Hopefully it's fixed now. We'll see if I lost credit for April. Hope not.

    Ughh according to this, I was 800k short. I thought I went over. This new 10mil limit is dumb, especially when they aren't giving out jobs consistently. Have to leave the PC on 24/7 and even then may or may not earn 5 evga bucks. I'm stopping for now. I have a Rx5700 that gets 800k-1mil ppd when fully fed with jobs and even that still requires difficulty reaching 10mil.

    Don't feel too bad; I'm on a 2070 Super (1.4-1.5M a day) and I just barely got the 30M for last month because of the WU shortages. See if you can pick up a cheap second card to help up your points.
