Just had a meltdown with my 1070 Ti on Friday, and after speaking with support, opted for a replacement to be shipped before returning the faulty card. Currently working with a display adapter from 2009 not really able to do much of anything. Does anyone know how long they're taking to ship items during the pandemic?

I filled out a support ticket Thursday that turned into a RMA and my replacement card shipped out Monday.

Yeah, I filled my ticket out on Friday, and they still haven't shipped the card... Gettin' a tad worried, because I already paid the $550 for the card...

RMA replacements are not processed during the weekends, Saturday and Sunday. They are only processed Monday-Friday during regular business hours. -Jose C

It looks like the time to ship replacement products can vary greatly. I sent in my other 1080 ti FTW3 card for warranty replacement. EVGA said they didn't want to break my SLI setup, so they issued another RMA and had me send in the other 1080 ti FTW3 to be replaced with a 2080 Super. My other 1080 ti FTW3 arrived at EVGA on May 6th. As of now, on May 15th, my replacement for it hasn't shipped yet.

My card was checked into their warehouse as received on Tuesday, so I guess that makes it past 3 business days for me as well. I was hoping to have it back by next week, but it doesn't seem likely. I would hope that they would at least upgrade your shipping since you're at 7 business days of waiting for it to ship already.

At this point, I'd hope they would upgrade my shipping. Its been 8 business days since UPS delivered my 1080 ti to EVGA. Its not just this that is bothering me, the whole experience hasn't been great, but they at least try to be helpful.

While not an RMA I did place an order from EVGA on 5/5/20 it was delivered on 5/11/20 using ground shipping so I don't think we are seeing much if any delay in products bought new.

I found out the delay in my case is because my replacement card is out of stock and they are waiting for new inventory to arrive.

EVGA shipped out my 2080 Super last night. I should have it next week. UPS ground unfortunately and not faster shipping. It was a total of 10 business days time due to a lack of replacement cards.
