That is amazing.  It seems this is more detrimental than the sedentary life of working in an office.

Actually, looks a little skinny in the example.

Not gonna lie, this article is legit, I love their descriptions:
    1. Michael has painful bloodshot eyes due to extended periods of time staring at a screen
    2. Unsurprisingly, years of gaming have had a detrimental effect on Michael’s hands

How to avoid looking like Michael
    1. Exercise -  Making sure you take time to get up, stretch and exercise
    2. Evenly light the room - Avoid glare from your screen by evenly lighting the room
    3. Follow a healthy Diet - Following a healthy diet will help to support your in-game performance by improving decision making, concentration and energy levels
    4. Sit properly and regularly stretch - This will help with short term aches and pains, and will protect you from the future gamer hunchback and rounded shoulders
    5. Stay hydrated - Try to avoid fizzy drinks, and drink lots of water

I think they left out never leaving your mom's basement for those twenty years and living off nothing but microwaveable food, canned food, and cheap desserts.

Interesting... as right before COVID19 hit I was ramping up for a bodybuilding competition. I'm still busting my ass to stay in shape, and lean as hell.
I think that's disproportionate to many gamers I've met; more of them than we know.
