Hello,

Today I am contacting you because I have just finished mounting my PC.
So I try to turn on for the first time and go to install Windows but there: nothing.

I have several LEDs that appear first:
"CPU 12V Error ''
The second is '' Memory Error ''
The third: PE2 Error ''
The first two are in red and the last white.

I will list the config:
i5 9600K
Asus RTX 2070 8GB
Corsair Vengeance 16GB 3200mhz
Crucial M.2 1to SSD
Seagate Barracuda 3,5 1to
Bequiet pure rock
Corsair CX650.

Do you have any leads, I'm quite worried, thanks in advance.

    my suggestions
    1. Pull the Motherboard out of case with all modules and place on cardboard or non-conducting surface. ( you can leave the power supply in case, (just connect cables to motherboard/don't forget cable from monitor.)
    2.  If all runs, then you have ground / short to case that should not be there)
    3.  If it does not start, check the pins of the CPU for damage (use magnifying glass)
    4.  Remove all but one Corsair Memory boards (leave in correct slot) then for each memory board
That is all I can suggest as if all I can suggest; as it would seem to me you have either a bad CPU or Motherboard.

CoolGTX or others will have to continue and further help.
