GEFORCE RTX 2060 SUPER performance issue

Hey guys, I have an issue with my new card performance. MW Warzone gives me barely 100-110 fps with all graphic settings set to minimum. Sometimes it drops to 70-80. But the card temperature stays 55 C and card fans doesn't sound as they work a lot :) I googled it and did reinstall drivers several times. Actually it improved the situation .. on 10 more fps in average. Also I have a strange electric noise from PSU which is EVGA 600BR. My unexperienced guess there is and issue with power supply of the GPU.
My whole configuration is:
  • EVGA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER XC Ultra 8GB, 08G-P4-3163-KR
  • Corsair CMK16GX4M2A2666C16 8GB
  • Intel Core i5 - 9600K OEM
  • MSI Z390-A PRO
  • EVGA 600BR
Please help me to tackle this, thanks in advance!

    What resolution are you playing at? What is your GPU usage % during the game? Are you not aligning with expected benchmark numbers in other games for the 2060S? Or is this just a case in MW Warzone?

    Have you installed X1 or Afterburner to look at the VF and fan curves?

    I also have a performance issue with my new 2060 Super XC Gaming purchased last week. 
     
    I play MW: Warzone exclusively so I have not tested against other games but I did a lot of research on my expected fps for the card.  I was not impressed when I first installed the card and was getting 80 fps on modified low settings.  I assumed the problem was with my old i7 3770, so I upgraded to Ryzen 5 3600 with a Tomahawk b450, and 2x8 corsair 3,000 mhz.  Kept my original PSU a 650w corsair. 
     
    So with my entire new setup on very low settings I am averaging 120-130 fps.  In the demos I have seen on youtube using almost my exact hardware, people are getting 160+ FPS on very low settings.  My card is more on par with a 1660 and I am not pleased after shelling out $450.
     
    As for the OP, you need more RAM.  This game is running at about 10gb for me.

    You are handicapping your system with only 8GB of RAM for starters and 100fps sounds right for your hardware. Not sure what you're expecting.

    I have 16gb RAM, I am not the OP for this thread.  And you can easily search on youtube "Warzone Ryzen 5 3600 RTX 2060 Super" and you can see the expected FPS for my hardware.  So that's what I am expecting...

    FPS is set to unlimited and I have a 144hz monitor.  My roomie has the same processor/ram but a RTX 2070(non super).  We plan on swapping cards this weekend since they are very similar in performance so I can verify if the card is the issue.  I also read about this xbox DVR that could possibly be running so I will check on that tonight after work. As for doing this "clean boot" of windows, is that something that could solve my problem or is that for a different issue?  And I did uninstall/reinstall afterburner and Geforce.
