Hi,
I realize this is April 1st, but this isn't supposed to be a joke.  Has anyone else noticed that credit for folding is showing up erratically or missing?  I have had previous days last week that worked just fine, but just noticing that over a million points of folding on my 1080Ti have not shown up today, but two other smaller 1050 rigs are still getting their updates.  Is this a fluke that should just resolve on a later server pull?
 
Attached is a screenshot of the Extreme Overclocking page showing hourly totals, which pretty much lines up with the EVGA total from Stanford.  However, extracted from my 1080Ti log (first portion of log pasted below for further detail) should be around a million more points that just aren't there:

Yep, credit servers locked up again shortly after the noon update. They will pop up as a lump sum soon enough. Keep on folding, no worries

Yeah, seems they setup more WU distribution servers but I don't think they beefed up the credit servers to deal with the increased traffic.

I thought I recently read that they were going to be doing a few more things soon. That was a couple/few days ago. But I can not remember where. With all this time spent home I've dam near wore out my memory

I know there were some problems with the QRB if the unit got sent to a different WS on completion. Hopefully they'll get it worked out. My understanding is the originating WS does the QRB calculation so if it is busy the QRB didn't get applied.

That may explain the strange low PPD I'm seeing today with the updates

I haven't been able to view my stats page for almost a week. It feels like I'm blocked, lol. I can get on my phone, but not my PC.

I can confirm, based on gaps in my hourly stats scraping, that the stats server is also feeling the strain of the new influx of work being done. Just give things some time and you'll see your points.

This is one of the few times I actually advocate for going to the Folding Forum site -  Go to this subforum specifically and make a post - In the body of the post, explain the situation as you just did above, give your ISP and your phone provider.  They MAY need your specific IP address information so they can narrow things down, but it's possible that someone in your region on your ISP did something bad to one of their servers and got the IP range black listed. OR, you picked up an address that was specifically flagged.  Either way, they'll be able to help you narrow it down. (It could even be the ISP not liking their ISP)

Thanks for the help!  Looks like things slowly started to appear last night, then the tracking website finally coughed up a 3am hourly total of about 1.2 million for that hour :)

Only been seeing small updates still.

Points and work unit credits really messed up.  All I know is all 4 GPU's Folding like crazy for 5 days now and my local stats saying around 11 million PPD.  But not in ORB :(

Based on the Flat Files I've been able to pull, which is to say, NOT MANY, the servers on Folding at Home's side are getting nailed and I imagine they are focusing on their work to keep the primary servers behind the scenes up and running. The stats are still being collected and processed, it's just the difficulty now of getting them out to the front line presentation server properly, and if the back end processes are being overloaded, there's not much to be done until they can put the time and effort and MATERIAL resources into balancing out that load.

They've been VERY good thusfar about ensuring none of the results, both in the work we send back and the points values they award us, are 'lost' for very long.
 
Please be patient, give them the time they need to deal with this huge tsunami of work that's flying in at them and we'll see our numbers actually returning to their proper timing soon.
