1070TI SC black annd Accelero Twin III?

I been thinking again bought getting this https://www.arctic.ac/us_en/accelero-twin-turbo-iii.html
 
IT says it capable with 1070ti but also says 98mm only this board is not 98mm. is it or is it not compatible? The whole 67-70c+ temps are getting on my nerves again mostly cause fan rather loud after 45-50%
 
And this Aftermarkets is said to drop the load temps by 10-20c and still be quieter. if it compatible does anyone have  images/videos of how to install it, cause manual i find confused one images show the pads for the hot "spots" go on the top side of card where "chips" are, another images show it  goes on back of the card where you see the solider points?

    Should fit fine. The founders edition 1070 ti is 111mm which is as standard size as it gets for 1070 ti's. There isn't a 1070 ti out there that is 98mm.

    well that solves one problem i guess, now i need to find video os this being installed on 1070ti cause like said the manual instructions are kind confusing to me
