I have a GTX950 and I noticed the fans are not automatically turning on.  I have installed GPU monitoring software and notice the temps get to 59c and still no fans.   If I use the EVGA Precision software I can manually turn on the fans and lowers the temp.   I have checked in the Precision software the fans are set to AUTO but they never come on unless I enable them.   Any thoughts?

TIA

An EVGA GTX 950 has 0dB fan operation..Without software intervention, the fan(s) won't turn until the GPU temperature is above 60C..Let it get a little hotter and see.

That was it,  I saw the temperature get above 60c and the fans started.

Thank you
