So I have this PSU for about 2 weeks now in my newly built PC with AMD 3600 and Nvidia 2070 Super. I tried doing some stressed testing with OCCT and I noticed that my PSUs fan hasn't turned on yet. The only time I saw it turn on is when I boot up my computer but stops after 1 second.

I was wondering if my PSU is faulty. It does has the eco mode but I am not sure how I can disable it. I have stress tested my GPU and CPU to the point where my temps exceeds 83c but the PSU fan does not turn on. IDK if this matters but my PSU doesn't seem blazing hot unload.

Your power supply doesn't have an optional on/off switch for the eco mode like some of the other models do so since yours isn't controllable the fan is only going to kick on when and if the power supply hits a certain temp/load to where it requires it to. If it kicks on temporarily when booting i would say its working properly. The power supply doesn't care what your gpu and cpu temps/loads are it only worries about what its own temps and load are.

This ^^^

An EVGA 650W GM has "Auto ECO Mode" (no on/off selector switch for it like some other units have)..The power supply stays completely silent during low to medium loads (temperatures); The fan does not spin until necessary, allowing for completely silent operation.

It does have OTP (Over Temperature Protection) and will shut off it becomes too hot, so no worries there.
