Ok I'm making this post because the fan while set to 100% power spins at 900 rotations.
I'm not an expert or anything like that and don't have much knowledge in gcs but this seems pretty slow and also when I got the card (2 days ago) I tested it and the fan was spinning at more than 3000 rotations now I don't know why that number decreased and would appreciate very much if somebody could explain or give me a solution. Thank you in advance :)

The fan speed depends on what the GPU temperature is, as you know..And it will shut of below +/- 60C without any software (EVGA Precision X1 or XOC, or MSI Afterburner) intervention because it has 0dB Fan Mode built in.

You can run a benchmark like Unigine Superposition and see how the fan speed reacts to the GPU temperature with and without any software fan speed intervention.

You can use a software predefined fan speed curve or create a custom one of your own.

That card will begin to thermal throttle at 83C (I think) or whatever the Temperature Target is in the software..The Maximum GPU Temperature for an NVIDIA GTX 1060 GPU is 94C (see the Specs).
