2080 Super FTW just checking

I'm new to overclocking but I think there is more in this card than what I'm getting out of it. I know its not a TI but I'm sure I'm doing something wrong. This is my first set up is in the Mod Rigs competition and is currently sitting at #55 Star Destroyer. My time Spy score is 12576 and I cant replicate that number even with the same settings why is that? Is this a good score for this set up? Could I push it anymore? Thank you for any advice.

    What OC software are you using ?
     
    CPU, RAM & GPU ---> what is the OC ?
     
    Did you clean boot ?
     
    All background software closed ?
     
    Recent Win 10 update ?  Some "security updates" - will impact CPU performance
     
    Change in Nvidia Control Panel or Driver ?
     
    A Colder GPU is a Faster GPU ... thank Nvidia Boost 4.0
     
    Best if you include some links to your benchmarks ... so, we can see the big picture

    My set up includes a 9900k @ 5.3 Ghz, EVGA 2080 Super FTW, EVGA Z390 dark, EVGA 1300G2 and G.Skill Trident Z Royal CL16-18-18-38 32GB
    I'm running Precision X1 for overclocking the card. This is a brand new build and yes all background programs are closed. All drivers are updated as well.
    I did take your advise on being cooler so I used some forced air and got this thing up to 12755 on Time Spy.  I hope the link works.
    I did see the system you have up Nibbler. It looks fantastic, why no Time Spy or Port Royal numbers up?

    I'm very happy with the new numbers but if you have some advice I'm open to suggestions.

    Nibbler is a Folding at Home Rig ..... 24/7 unless doing maintenance

    Did you Stop the XBox DVR ?   ... MS set it to On by default

     My apologies if I broke some rules here. Yes I'm more of a reader than a poster. I didn't know that at all, yes stuff like that is what I'm looking for. 
      Since it wont let me post a link if you have time could you check out my 3D Mark score in the Mod Rigs and let me know if you see a way to squeeze anymore out of it.
