Help with overclocking pls :)

Im confused on how to overclock, I downloaded the precision x1 program to help, but im confused. 
 
These are my specs if that helps.
 
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X 3.7 GHz 8-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: NZXT Kraken X52 Rev 2 73.11 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Asus ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING ATX AM4
Video Card: EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER 8 GB

    There's an instructional video here on the PX1 download page..I guess for starters I would use the SCAN feature described at about the 6:55 mark and let it run until it completes.
