Unsure what Video Card I really have

For some reason someone scratched this out.  So what might that mean ?  I am trying to find out what drivers I should use but I do not find a way to download drivers from the evga website.   And I am not sure what card I really have but it says its a "evga geforce gtx 1070" on the front so I assume I can use drivers.  My last card I had to force it to accept older drivers so blender would like it.  I had a 980TI by nvida and my screens went white and green  TWo of the screens went white and the other went green.  It would work for a bit but when I went to access the HD the sound went slow waaaaheeek like that and then it froze up.  So i ordered this 1070  Now I am looking all over on the EVGA website for the drivers and yet to find them.

    I am not sure - Do I have a 10 series ?  Not sure why stuff is scratched out on this ?  Note sure if I should use this driver:

    Geforce 10 series may or may not be for my card I have no real way of knowing In the past when I download drivers I can find my specific device and the drivers show up under it.  but here I have no idea Also I posted once but in my profile it says I have never made a post so that might be because it needs to be approved ??  
     ! I want to know the facts and I feel really stupid right now.

    Use GPU-Z to see what your card is

    I'm having a hard time figuring out how you could think that it is anything other than "08G-P4-5173-KR".  Seems quite legible to me.
     
    Those "scratches" were purposely created by EVGA themselves.
     
    Nice serial number, bro.  Might want to remove that from your post.

    Driver 442.59 is the latest driver for your card.

    Get the Standard Graphics Driver from NVIDIA Driver Downloads.
     
    Those 'scratches' are done by EVGA so that the sticker will tear on purpose if somebody tries to remove it.
