Hello,
 
I spoke to someone in technical support yesterday and we tried to troubleshoot issues I was having with a graphics card I bought, in the end we decided it would be best to RMA the card, I was asked to upload an invoice which I have done and now I have heard no further response,
 
Is this the usual process?

    Are you in the USA, Europe, or Asia?

    yeah everything is going normal it looks like, its the weekend now though so don't expect any more responses for a couple of day but sometimes you will hear from them on a weekend.

    Hi,
     
    So I have an RMA number and label to send it back with, and they recommend I use FedEx or UPS but both companies ask for a postcode for me to send the package to, which convieniently EVGA has not thought to provide (So just an address no postcode, which is mandatory to send it to them)
