Heya people. I picked up a EVGA DG85 case and am running a Ryzen 2700x with EVGA 240mm AIO for the CPU with EVGA GTX1080SC GPU air cooled and was wondering what would be the best configuration for air flow.
Right now i have 3 120mm fans pulling in from the front and my Rad mounted at the top of the case pulling air up and out as well as one 120mm fan pulling air out the back of the case on the rear door.

My temps are fine. sitting in mid to high 60's on the GPU and around the mid 40's for the CPU when using it for really heavy loads / unity rendering and streaming / long gaming sessions.

But always room for improvement any advice the does not include a custom loop?

Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

imho, best way is to get some high-airflow but silent (high static pressure fans not needed for case intake/exhaust as far as I know) fans and fit them to the front and back of the case.

Fans at the front of the case, mounted on the inner side, helped a bit with noise and airflow (maybe not true but I felt like that).
Because the 3rd bottom fan would be so close to the plastic front piece I think it's better to have a gap.

If you want to control 5 fans exhaust (2x back)/intake (3x front) then I can recommend these splitters to control fans manually or automatically (Smart Fan @ Bios). They are super convenient and all it takes is to connect one to a mainboard fan header of choice (SYS/CPU/PWR) and a molex (some cases SATA) power connector to supply all fans with sufficient juice.

    Here are two:

I am using the Phobya splitter in both the DG-84 and DG-86. Silent when working/gaming and full-speed ahead when folding/rendering etc.

Last but not least: Here is a list showing a few fans with high airflow (CFM - cubic feet per minute).

NB-eLoop B14-PS fans are my favourite!
