Alright, this is strange but I managed to get it to work.
Weird work around though.
1. Boot into BIOS >> | Boot >> and setup CSM Configuration.
- Launch CSM Enabled.
- Launch Storage OpRom Policy to UEFI, or Legacy.
2. Restart, boot into bios (IRST should now be in the "Advanced list"
- Disable "Launch CSM"
3. Restart, boot into BIOS again.
- IRST should still be in the list for "Advanced"
WTH I had to do this, I do not know.... but it works now. I can edit, setup, or delete the RAID now.
