Hello,

I am running a GeForce RTX 2070 Super and I am trying to change the green logo color and was directed to the Precision X1 software from NVIDIA.

I run Precision X1 as administrator. I can go to the LED tab at the top and adjust the brightness and when I hit apply it updates the logo on the GPU. When I go to the LED Sync software on the right, it pops up and it lists my GPU but when I select a color it never updates.

Is this a known issue or am I missing something? I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling but that hasn't helped.

Thanks for your assistance.

Do older versions also give you the same problem?

Do you have any other EVGA hardware like a case or cooler that has RGB lighting as an option?

Older versions of the Precision software? I haven't tried that. Do you have any suggestion on how far back I should try?

I do not have any other unfortunately. Most of mine is corsair driven by iCue software.

I tried 1.0.1.0 where it looks like it started supporting the RTX 20 series which is the only other version besides the latest. It didn't seem to help any.

I went back and looked and I do see that older versions support the RTX 20 series as well. I thought the 2nd to last version just started supporting it. I will give some other versions a whirl tonight.

I tried a variety of versions all the way down to the very first and none updated the color. I was able to get the logo to pulse or breathe from the main led screen but led sync doesn't ever update the color... are there common programs that might interfere with this?

Any other monitoring apps could conflict. Your card is an evga video card correct, or is this your card? If you're running the founders edition card from nvidia then you cannot change the green color at all.

Since you don't have any other EVGA RGB harware, you don't need LED Sync..Uninstall it and restart your PC.

LED Sync is for syncing an EVGA Graphics Card, EVGA CLC Cooler, EVGA Chassis LEDs together, similar to iCUE and AURA..It's an optional component of Precision during install and something else to possibly gum up the works.
