I just installed my card into a new system. Noticed right off the bat that every 20-30 seconds the sound would drop off for about 1-2 secs and come back. Would continue to do so until the audio was done playing. I'm using the 0.2.1.9 drivers at the moment, and its a fresh install of Windows 10. I was using MS Edge to listen to some YouTube and some random other video sites. Happened on anything I tried.

This is common with the newer AMD systems.  Make sure you have the latest BIOS updates and driver updates for the board.  If that doesn't resolve it, install the latest ASMedia drivers here:  https://cdn.evga.com/nuaudiocard/ASMUSBHost_V116591WHQL.zip

If that still doesn't fix it, try going into the motherboard BIOS and disabling C-States.

I've tried both the drivers and disabling C-State. Its happening in some games and not all. Madden20 seems to be doing it more then others. Was happening in Apex too, but not every time. YouTube videos seem to skip audio too, and windows notifications come in very distorted at times.

The same was with the Creative AE7/9 on the new AMD platform, some problems with PCI-E 4.0 slots, this problem was fixed with new drivers.
So, waiting for new driver from EVGA.

We're checking on that, but keep in mind that Creative's cards use a PCIe to PCI solution, which is different from the PCIe to USB design of the NU Audio cards.
