Hello there,

I'm just wondering why don't you just shut the EU site down? It's been more than a year with every single product on "Auto Notify" and not a single thing in stock. And when there was something in stock, price was way higher than other stores. It was nice to be able to shop directly from you guys and there were a few good bundle offers over the years.
It's the worst possible move to just abandon the platform without even a note to your potential (or loyal) customers saying what exactly is going on.
EVGA products seem to be in stock everywhere else except EVGA's own Store.

Kind regards,
Tsvetan

That kind of sucks..but remember...this is mostly a user driven forum....you're better off sending an email directly to them

I discussed with our EU team to try to get a little more clarification about our EU store. We are undergoing a restructuring process which will affect our online store for an indefinite period of time. The products are being offered though our channel partners and if there’s any issue with sourcing any given product please feel to reach out to our customer service team to direct you to the appropriate partner. You can call us at 1-888-881-3842 or EU customers may want to e-mail our EU team directly at .

Thank you for supporting EVGA.

That is correct. I have been able to find most items that would normally be at the EVGA EU store in various EU and UK retail stores.

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

Sorry to bring life to an old thread, but the double whammy of the EU store being out of stock of everything is that I am now unable to use the EVGA Bucks that I have earned, and especially with new gpu's on the horizon the discount that EVGA Bucks garner is significant.

This leaves me with still buying EVGA from any of the various sources here in the UK, but earning those fantastic Bucks with no way to spend them.

I wonder if EVGA would be able to negotiate with a reseller and allow us to redeem through them perhaps?

Ha love this reply. It's informative enough to suggest the store will be back. Vague enough so we don't know when. And open to many interpretation.
The perfect hardware manufacturer response ;)
Cheers

I hope your store will open again with 30 series launch. Every single product is out of stock ( also there is no auto notify button). It would be sad to see EU EVGA to close their doors.

I don't think that's happening.  I think they're paving the way for the release of RTX 3000 series in the coming months.

Well there is zero Z490, maybe it will, maybe it will not. Perhaps EVGA just doesn't sell outside of GPU's.

without a EU EVGA store, I'd think EVGA bucks would be worthless in the EU region, even if you can spend them in other EVGA stores, it'd likely require importing it with customs and VAT, resulting in a massive extra charge just to use bucks. Unless they come up with some other way to use them.

I would wait until after the next generation of graphics cards come out and see What happens. Normally around when the products launch the site gets other products updated.

Use an Associates Code & SAVE 5% - 10% on your purchase. Just click on the associates banner to save, or enter the associates code at checkout on your next purchase. If you choose to use my code I want to personally say "Thank You" for using it.

A few thoughts on this also.
Was hunting down a new card last winter for a new build project, but the EU store was out of stock on all models. Had notify on but nothing.
Email to support resulted in the outcome that it is best to buy from resellers, which funnily enough, had added atleast 300€ to price tags of te EU shop.
Nice to see 2080Ti hydro Copper 1489€ in EU shop, local reseller 1799€.
Simple outcome: No deal.

And to be honest, kind of starting to feel a bit screwed over by EVGA as a brand. Nice idea to have step up-programs etc, but in reality the outcome is customers looking into other options.

Fixed now (the VAT issue), just needs stock and probably checkout improvements together with the US site.

Still shows Ex. VAT for me but prices have been adjusted.
for example the RTX 3090 XC3 Black Gaming is €1333,99 ex.VAT

Literally everything on the EU store is out of stock, TBD or on auto notify...not a single thing on the entire store can be bought. Mad rush on the 30 series cards I can believe, but bone dry on everything?   If only hope would fix my EVGA 980ti Hybrid that just decided to quit! What a time, dead PC and no cards anywhere.

EVGA EU store is still dead to this day. The issue is still there after too much time and it's damaging customers who have to lose time and money in search of their products in the EU, often overpriced by resellers. This is not professional at all.

It's been a zombie site for quite some time previous to Covid's impact. And from my interactions with EU support (or lack thereof) it would seem the writing has been on the wall for the EU wing for quite some time. I get the vibe EVGA want to pull an Nvidia and become a B2B, letting third party retailers handle their product line in the EU, which might not be a bad thing. But the zombie site is is long past culling IMHO
