New Updates for the SR-3 DARK Motherboard today:

BIOS 1.05 (SR-3 Dark) Updates
  • Adds CPU NUMA control item.
  • Adds "PCIE SSD (Non-VROC)" option for CPU Storage Configuration.
  • Adds "Always Show Boot Option" item.
  • Fixes CPU Temperature display error on 80-port if TjMax has changed.
  • Adds additional temperature sensors for HW monitor and smart fan control.
  • Corrects some tooltip text.

Windows Installation
  • Download the correct .zip file below for your motherboard:
         160-CX-W999-KR - EVGA SR-3 Dark - v1.05
  • First go into your BIOS and load defaults, save and exit
  • Close all open programs.
  • Go into the folder where you unzipped this package and double-click update.bat
  • Press Y to start the flash process
  • DO NOT TURN OFF POWER OR RESET DURING THE FLASH PROCESS
  • After the flashing is finished, the system will automatically shut down. Then power on again and go into BIOS to setup.
  • NOTE: If flash box immediately closes after flash attempt, the flash may need to be ran from a CMD prompt with administrator privileges or DOS version.

BIOS Installation
  • Extract the contents of .zip file to USB flash drive (must be formatted as FAT32)
  • Reboot the machine and go into the system BIOS
  • From the BIOS, navigate to the Save & Exit tab and open "Select BIOS File."
  • Select the .bin file you wish to flash.

Please let me know if anyone runs into problems with this update.  Thanks!

That blue font is not showing up well with the grey background, that I see in my browser.  So I quoted that part of the OP to see if it is more readable .... with the lighter grey background ... bingo

Does this BIOS also contain "Above 4G Decoding" and "MSR Lock" items that are now supported for the X299 series?

    Updated to BIOS v1.05.

One RAM slot doesn't seem to work - sticks tested individually all work but 6 DIMMs populated show 80GB instead of 96GB. DIMM4 seems to be the culprit.

Tried reseating the RAM several times as well as the CPU to no avail.

EDIT: Definitely seems to be a faulty motherboard - tried a completely different RAM kit from my other system and DIMM4 simply won't see the RAM in that slot.
