VRM cooling for Z390 FTW

I am getting throttling from my VRM overheating. What options are there for VRM cooling, I cant seem to find any waterblock options?

1. Monitor: Dell U3818DW
2. Motherboard: EVGA Z390 FTW
3. OS: Windows 10
4. Case: Lian Li XL 
5. CPU: Intel core i9 9900KS
6. RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32GB
7. PSU: Corsair HX1200i 
8. Graphics Card: EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Super FTW3 Hydro Copper Gaming
9. Hard Drive: Samsung EVO 970 1TB

    put a better Padd on it? you sure it's vrm...I thought they run pretty cool now? 60A-120A is nothinggg man...the padd on the ftwk was nastyyyy man..all swollen and goopey and stuff...so got a double row 3mm some blue silicone pads on it...

    you have a case fan moving the air over it ?

    What software did you see this temperature?

    I don't have a case fan blowing in it, but I have an exhaust fan above it. Voltage is about 1.3v.

    Occt and hwmonitor. When I run prime95 with avx temps get up to around 60c and then I get throttling "motherboard vr thermal throttling". Cpu Temps in the mid 80s.

    You need both inlet and Exhausted fans in your case it help cooler air flow into case and warm air up out of case!!!!

    I have 6x120mm as intake and 1x 120mm and 2 x 140mm for exhaust. Lian li xl

    That alright cooler enough for your case ! How come went to hot but did you use Eleet which is support your motherboard here > Eleet 1.0.6
    Try use this and check temp if the correct or not!

    Or did you check if there any thermal pads under the VRM Heatsink? Or not fit heatsink on motherboard properly?
