I am using  a Fii0 Pro    dac amp combo.
 
 I must say that the massdrop akg  K7XX   are the best gaming headphones out there, the sound stage is awsome  , Im using Dolby Atmos and its amazing in Call Of Duty MW.
these are so light and can wear for long gaming sessions.  Im running Dolby Atmos on game mode  this dacamp combo is amazing. and I like them for music I really love the sound stage of these phones.  
 I also favor open back phones.    
 
  I also have the    HD58X   I use these for music and gaming allso   I have the foam out atm  and like that on these phones  these are awsome for gaming also, but if your gaming you want the K7XX.
there great for music I like these HD58X for music 
 I have not try the felt mod over the driver yet but will at some point,   I need to burn these in still.
 I also feel the bass is tighter with foam out  from what I understand these are close to the 660s  
these phones are easy to drive also and they sound awsome, ya cant go wrong for the most part your getting  500 dollar headphones for a way less.   
I think with foam pads out it opens up the sound stage a little for gaming allso.

K7XX will have a fuller smoother sound over the 702 from what I gather.   I would get these for sure  the sound stage is reallly nice.
I was in 2v2  codmw   and could hear the person coming from behind me up top on a container.  I like the tightness of the bass allso
really tuff to pick headphones with out hearing them.
