If you had similar issues with the 1st Kingpin and now 2nd, I would wonder if its not the kingpin and possibly something else like the PSU?  Have a PCIe power connected to the MB or have that feature for added PCIe power for stability in OCing?  Separate PSU cables used?

Run usebenchmark so you can make sure your CPU, RAM and hard drives are ok .
You could also scan in CMD to check for errors .
Try timespy at stock settings .
We can compare then .

its still under guarantee but they test it and they say theirs nothing wrong.

First kingpin was just the pump went bad in a month when the pc was power on the temps would slowly start to rise until it hit max, its not the first time Ive seen a pump go bad, I had 3 corsair cpu pumps go on me 1 was a h80i h100i and a h115i on separate pcs thank god i got the warranty from microcenter  for the last two.

Your firestrike ultra gpu score is crazy high best mine with 2075mhz which is 1300mhz+ and 2190mhz core only puts down 9132. Some chips don't need a lot of power to get there. Try the classy tool set LLC to 0 and leave voltage slider to 0 and see if that helps. My GPU hates any offset on voltage for the card. My card hits 46C doing benchmarks waiting on my gpu waterblock. More worried its coming from china

9638 gpu score is pretty high for a single gpu with minimal overclocking. Hell my kingpin has higher memory and does 400+ points less at 2190/2075mhz

Guessing it's a golden chip. I lowered volts to .9975 and got a score of 9500 but only once.

Yah it looks like a good chip but week memory if you look at the bench mark images at +1000 it makes red lines and blue dots, at a lower +800 still makes but less frequently, it runs perfectly at +750.
Looks like even adding voltage it dosent help at all I tried everything from 1.45v-1.52.

You don't really have anything to lose if you take the shroud off and make sure the pump and cold plate for the memory cooling is good. Make sure you have good thermal pads contact on the memory chips or even maybe a thermal pad missing. It's not going to void your warranty. Might even see something obviously wrong. (Misplaced Screw) I bet some of you know where that comment comes from.

Nothing wrong with those timespy scores at all. Pretty good. Scores I wouldnt focus on having a high memory offset if the card hits above average.

Just for reference sake. My 1st kingpin did worse then my FTW3 and some benchmarks my new kingpin does better and worse.

Some cards like more power and overclock higher while not putting up great scores others dont overclock real well but put great scores up.

The kingpin is no exception and it takes a bit too tweak it and find its happy medium with out doing XOC bios and voiding the warranty

Don't forget , cooling is the key to high and sustained speeds .

You're talking to the Op right lol? I don't think it has anything to do with what makes it run the fastest, it really comes down to what the card wants and what it will do. If anyone wants this card to run the fastest buy a pot and get LN2 and work your way up.

I have overclocked every card I have had and also have bios flashed titan x maxwells, 980, 1080 ti's. It has nothing to do with getting overclocking under your belt. It has to do with understanding what your card needs and wants. 
 
These cards need colder temps to keep GPU boost happy. Nothing against you man, but you are one of those people that asked for help and since you found out how to use XOC and classy tool from guidance from others, that means you don't have a very strong understanding of overclocking.

It's not my first time Overclocking I've done it with everything I have ex (my 2×2080ti ftw3 hybrid sli which converted my self, 2×1080tisc2 hybrids, 3x i9 9900k cpus, even 3 laptops which I liquid metaled for temps.
It's just my first time with a card that has weak memory, my laptop with a full rtx 2080 did better with the memory than this which i found surprising.

I'm not going to derail your thread. Sucks that it doesn't hit high memory speeds. Your scores are pretty good.
