EVGA HYBRID Kit for EVGA GeForce RTX 2080/2070 FTW3 Question

Purchased a EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 FTW3 ULTRA HYDRO COPPER GAMING, 08G-P4-2289-KR for an older water cooled system that unfortunately went DOA shortly after the install. In the process now of building a new system based around this card, in the interest of saving a few bucks and having to build a whole new water cooling system, would the EVGA HYBRID Kit for EVGA GeForce RTX 2080/2070 FTW3 be able to be installed on this card ?

    Just keep all the parts in a safe place ...
     
    if you Ever need to RMA - then you would have to reinstall the factory cooler - for you that is the Hydro Copper water block

    Thanks Guys, I see that they have instructions for installing it on the base card, but not from the hydro copper, I’m assuming it would somewhat similar?

    Yes, obviously its the removal of your WB vs the air cooler ... otherwise should be the same
     
    the PCB & fan headers should be the same under your Hydro Copper
