I opened RMA since my 1080ti sc black edition is not working properly.
 
And now, I assume EVGA is replacing gpu to 08G-P4-2183-KR, RTX 2080.
 
I think 1080ti's performance is better than 2080, but not sure.
 
Is this down-graded?
