Hi, super-slow mo (220 fps) video shot on my new iPhone 11 runs all herky-jerky on Adobe Premiere Pro 2019. I haven't had any problem with same speed video before. I'm wondering if I need to get a newer graphics card - mine is the EVGA GeForce GTX 950 2GB SC, w/latest driver. Hoping there's another solution. Thanks!

Yeah, be my guess..Not enough VRAM, at least..A GTX 950 isn't even listed in the link below..Get a better graphics card and with more VRAM.

System requirements for Premiere Pro

* Corsair Obsidian 450D Mid-Tower - Airflow Edition * ASUS ROG Maximus X Hero (Wi-Fi AC) * Intel i7-8700K @ 5.0 GHz * 16GB G.SKILL Trident Z 4133MHz * Sabrent Rocket 1TB M.2 SSD * WD Black 500 GB HDD * Seasonic M12 II 750W * Corsair H115i Elite Capellix 280mm * EVGA GTX 760 SC * Win7 Home/Win10 Home *

Thanks! Any suggestions on a good but not super-expensive card?

I would roll with a dual-fan RTX card, myself..There's a lot out there..Something within your price range.
