Had a bit of trouble maintaining 2280 through a benchmark run so turned PEXVDD up a tad and the core sped up and it held.
What's a safe voltage on this setting guys?

    Shouldn't need to be raised at all, I have left that at default always. That's the voltage coming from the PCIe slot.
