Hi all,

I just built my new PC and I´m pretty stoked about it:
EVGA Z390 Dark /w 9900KS
EVGA CLC 360 AiO
EVGA 2080ti XC2 ULTRA
EVGA SuperNOVA PLATINUM 650W
G.Skill 16GB 4000Mhz CL17
1TB Samsung Evo Plus M.2 SSD

What do u think of the build? :) Now to my question:

What drivers to install?
First I updated the BIOS to 1.07 and then I installed the newest Nvidia Driver 441.87 and Audio Driver Creative 1.0 and EVGA NU Audio 1.0.5 (This is just for the front input right)?

Now I´m wondering if need to install the following:

Chipset Driver 10.1.17.1
Intel HD Graphics 24.20.100.6291
Intel ME 12.0.1124
Intel RST 172.26.1027
Network - Intel 23.2
Serial I/O 30.100.1727.1

Does any of this, especially the Intel & Chipset stuff improve performance? Im using the system only for Gaming.

Thank you & Best regards,
ch0k3

You'll definitely need to install the chipset drivers, network drivers & serial i/o.

Pretty build indeed, for my case i only installed the Lan driver, but according to your needs following the advice of the elders is the right thing to do

    Nice Rig

Order can matter ... so, I do it like this

    1) BIOS
    2) Chipset - then Reboot
    3) Security Software - reboot  [you can do this later if - your working offline from a known "clean" drive with all the updates.  Never go online without security]
    4) Video driver - then Reboot
    5) everything else, reboot in between

Install Intel HD Graphics --> if your going to Ever use the video output on the MB ... the iGPU that is part of the CPU (great for troubleshooting)

True story..On my last 2 ASUS mobo driver install CDs they were listed in first-to-last install order, don't know about EVGA, but probably.

@ ch0k3..After that, look in Device Manager and see if there's any yellow (or otherwise) bangs for any devices that indicate they might need a driver, or some kind of attention.
