Anyone else seeing it taking forever to upload finished WU

I am seeing allot delays in the last few days uploading to 128.252.203.4

    Yes it has been posted before here on the Forums going on a year now, I just reboot my Modem and Routers when this happens.
    Another trick is to Pause and Exit the Client and then start it back up, yes you may lose a point or two.
