Is there a way to move this point to the right, as in the picture ? 60C is stupidly low and basically limits any curve control to coolant temperature - or setting it to fixed rpm.

Can you move it after you checkmark the enable custom fan control box?

Nope, you can only move internal points. The topmost is fixed for some reason (latest version + CLC 280).

This software fixed at 60c for 100% speed it no way to modify this but I have remove this software on my CLC 280 and USB cable for pump. I use PWM pin from pump to Motherboard PWM header and for cooler Radiator fans push and pull go my MB CPU1 and CPU2 then I can adjust fan to Set Smart in my BIOS setting and it will not reach 100% at 60c. For pump must set 100% but I set 95% good enough for me! It more quiet
This EVGA Flow software for you can to change led colour light and Set fan curve save into pump firmware. Then no need software after save profile. But for Sync Led then you need software thought

Please have a look > Can I disconnect the USB Cable to a CLC Cooler after changing settings?

Tips it more nice quiet using on motherboard fans control rather use EVGA Flow control fan software!!

EDIT> What motherboard make model please?
