I have the Evga RTX 2080 Super Black
 
I thought this would have been a step up option:

Anybody know why it isn't available to me? Thanks.

    EVGA commonly changes/ updates the list of available products that can be Stepped-Up to....
     
    Sometimes there is more selection/ sometimes not.
    If you got more time to wait before getting in, wait & check again another day.
     
    Currently there is no 2080's  nor  2080 Supers on the step-up list,...for some reason.

    Just like Steve stared, the 2080 variants are currently not listed:

    If the product isn’t listed, it won’t show as an option. The only “person” that knows why a product isn’t on the list would be EVGA themselves. Their response will be just like Steve stated above... pretty much “the available options change. Please check back later.”

    Thanks Cool GTX, what is the difference? Is it the cooling? I'm trying to see what the $100 difference represents.

    what is the difference?

    The more expensive one comes with an a-chip while the black edition uses a non a-chip. A chips are of higher quality than non a-chips. The a-chips also get higher power limits.

    ...and the base boost clock is a slight nudge faster
