Currently having an issue with my Z390 FTW and Corsair 680X. The top two USB ports are not aligning with IO shield. I contacted Corsair support and they suggest it’s an issue with my motherboard however, this board fit perfectly in my previous case. And I have verified all of the standoffs are installed. I think Corsair is just passing me along. But I figured I’d ask you guys.

All items look to be sitting too low - (audio ports) on Right side of Photo look low in the I/O cover & the reset button on the Left side is also low

Standoffs - maybe not all the same length -OR- the wrong length - too short ?

MB tray might not be flat ?

Could be a Mfg defect - case not assembled / made correctly - MB tray set too low in relation I/O cutout ?

If you cant find the issue & fix -- can you return/ exchange the case ?

I see that even your clear cmos button isn't well aligned... so you will encounter issues when trying to reset your bios when doing wrong overclocking settings... i've got the same mobo as you mounted in a 2013 Antec Nine Hundred Two gaming case and all is perfectly aligned so it is confirmed that it is your Corsair case which has the problem...

I’ve exchanged it with the E-Tailer. So hopefully this is an isolated issue
